1. Cut Chinese watermelon into rectangular pieces, then into slices. Shred wood fungi, tender bamboo shoot slices, carrot, ham, chicken and ginger. 2. Parboil all shreds in boiling water and drain, then add in Shaoxing wine, stock powder and pepper, stir well. Put shreds on Chinese watermelon slices and roll up. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle thickenings onto Chinese watermelon rolls and serve. Specialty: it looks translucent, with a unique taste
